Do I need a patch test?
Yes, for all new clients, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before any lash or brow chemical treatments. Patch tests are free and take just 15 minutes.
Where can I get my treatment?
We operate from our Knaresborough home studio with additional availability at Cedar Court Hotel, Harrogate on Wednesdays.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Late cancellations incur a £15 fee to cover the technician's time.
